Mod Top/Floral Registry Form for 1969-1970 Plymouths and Dodges

Are you new to MoPar floral vinyl top and interior decorations? Find out What is a “Mod Top?” What’s a “Floral Top?”

If you have or know of a Mopar (1969 or 1970 Plymouth or Dodge) ModTop or Floral Top or floral interior car, please fill out and submit the form below:

(fields with a * are required)

What kind of floral options does your car have? (Note: All Dodges came with Floral Tops and standard (non-floral) interiors; on Plymouth Barracudas and Satellites, the top and interior were separate options):

What year is the Mod/Floral-optioned car? (Note: they were only produced in 1969 and 1970)

What model is the Mod/Floral-optioned car?

Fender Tag: For example, a 1969 Plymouth Barracuda 340/727 Y4/F6J/V1X mod interior but regular black vinyl top is similar to this:

    (Example):
    M31 R11 V1X V78 END
    A04 C16 C55 G33 J25 M21
       Y4 F6J F8 910 064528
    E55 D32 BH23 P9B 123456

Please type in the fender tag info, if known:
(Note: the fender tag is a metal plate usually screwed to the driver's side inner fender in the engine compartment)

Do you have the broadcast/build sheet? (Wondering what a broadcast sheet is or where to find it in your car?)

Is this a numbers matching car? (Do you have a question about numbers matching?)

Do you have the original factory ("Monroney") window sticker?

What was the original factory paint exterior color?

What is the interior seat color?
(note: for Plymouths, the Mod Top and mod interior were separate options, so you could have one without the other. For Dodges, the Floral Top was the only 'mod' option; they all came from the factory with non-floral regular solid color interiors)
