Chris Hebert has a 1969 Plymouth Barracuda 318/A904 W1/F6P/V1P ModTop.
There are no other W1 Alpine White Barracuda Mod Tops in the Mod Top registry! That doesn’t mean there aren’t any more out there, but it is quite rare. There are a few W1 Alpine White Mod Top Satellites, but this is the only W1 Mod Top Barracuda.

Update, 2016, from Chris Hebert:
It started out as a project for my father, brother and myself. We tore it down to a rolling chassis and sent it back to a former owner for body and paint. Our dad (an avid mopar man) put a lot of it back together as I was out of state finishing up college and my brother was well my brother. Anyway I picked up the car from my dad in August 2011 and began working on her. She’s doing very well these days although I have plans to swap out the small block 318 and 904 automatic tranny. See some pictures attached of the car.
The car still has the remnants of the original sticker on the passenger side but the driver side window was broken in the restoration.
